3. Daily Review: Open the app each day to see your scheduled entries
4. Focus Sessions: Use press-and-hold focus sessions to internalize your learnings

Managing Your Entries

• Swipe Right: Toggle entries between active and inactive
• Swipe Left: Delete entries (with confirmation)
• Search: Find specific entries using the search function
• Sorting: Entries are automatically sorted with active entries first, then by creation date

Account Management

Your account is secured with Firebase authentication. You can:

• Change your email address (requires password verification)
• Reset your password via email
• Switch between light and dark themes
• Sign out securely
